Chris brings extensive governance and executive leadership experience across the Australian aged care, disability, health and social services sectors. He is passionate about creating organisations that combine robust governance with genuine social impact and meaningful community connection. 

Chris believes organisations create the greatest impact when they are grounded in strong culture, genuine relationships and a shared sense of purpose and strategy.  He is enthusiastic about contributing to Chorus’ continued evolution as a progressive, community-connected organisation.  

Chris has held CEO roles with Juniper Aged Care, MercyCare, UnitingCare West, Wesley Mission Perth and Relationships Australia WA, and has served on numerous state and national boards and advisory bodies. He brings extensive experience leading large, multi-service organisations through significant growth, transformation and sector reform, including oversight of large workforces, major assets and complex service systems.
