Felicite brings more than 40 years’ experience across health, aged care, mental health and community services in both for-profit and not-for-profit sectors. She is passionate about innovation in human services and believes strong clinical governance, ethical leadership and community connection are essential to delivering safe, high-quality care. 

Felicite looks forward to supporting Chorus as it continues to evolve its community-connected approach and create meaningful social impact. 

Felicite served for three terms as a non-executive director on the board of Ocean Gardens and was a deputy member of the WA Reproductive Technology Council. She was CEO at Luma until 2024 and prior to that the Co-CEO of the Mental Health Law Centre. Her management and leadership experience includes management consulting and roles at Youth Focus, Brightwater Care Group, Medibank Health Solutions, HBF and Mercy Hospital. Before her management career Felicite worked as a clinical Nurse at Perth Children’s Hospital where she also completed her registration training. 

Felicite brings extensive experience in organisational transformation, clinical governance, service innovation and cultural change.
