When we aren’t helping Barbara, Barbara keeps herself busy helping other people. She shared her creativity with Chorus support worker Bev by showing Bev how to knit baby bonnets. Barbara knits these bonnets for the Princess Margaret Hospital premature babies.
When Barbara’s not making bonnets, she’s sewing clothes and cot sheets out of doonas for St Joseph`s Coat, which helps refugees and abandoned Babies in World Disaster areas.
She also makes teddy bears for St John Ambulance so that toddlers and babies can have a cuddly furry friend on an ambulance ride.
