About the Role: Chief Customer Officer & Strategic Coach

This is not a traditional executive role. It blends:

Customer Experience Leadership

Stewarding the end-to-end customer journey — from first contact to community thriving.

Human & Digital System Integration

Helping shape digital platforms, data, and customer insights so they empower people, not create friction.

Coaching Across 20 Locals

Supporting Local Leaders through coaching, shared learning, and distributed leadership — not hierarchy.

Strategic Partnership

Working with the CEO, Board, and Local network to grow a model of care WA (and Australia) genuinely needs.
