Chorus offers this dance class to help with coordination and agility in older people and those living with disability.

The dance class is part of the Chorus STEPs program, an initiative to improve physical and mental wellbeing in members of the community.

The program offers a weekly two-hour session including gentle exercise, such as Tai Chi, Chair Yoga and Pilates, dance, Qi Gong, etc., and an hour of social time for refreshments and a chat. STEPs is offered across six different locations in the metro area, including Padbury, Mirrabooka, Rivervale, Forrestfield, Brentwood and Safety Bay, and is open to everyone.
